This will detail everything you need to do to make your building a safe working environment, which includes fire safety and escape routes. We will work with you and your fire safety officer to ensure your building is fully compliant, installing the necessary emergency lighting solutions to make your property safe.

INSTALLATION

We will work with you to ensure your property has safe, effective emergency lighting that works for your building. We install and design systems made up of various types of lighting, including:

MAINTENANCE

Emergency lighting usually needs to be assessed every year – exact timings will depend on the specific type of lighting you have. We have two options for your emergency lighting maintenance:

  • Maintenance contracts.
    We will come and inspect your lighting annually, or as often as is required. A contract means you don’t need to remember to book in your testing appointment as we will schedule an appointment with you nearer the time. We will complete your logbook for you, and if any repairs are required such as changing a battery or fixing a circuit, we can carry these out as well.
  • One-off maintenance.
    If you need testing and maintenance for your emergency lighting system, please get in touch. We will be happy to provide a quote for the inspection, testing and any maintenance work required, giving you a fully itemised estimate for the work before we go ahead. We can complete any repairs that need to be carried out to keep you operating within legal parameters.
